2011 was Paris
Saturday, December 31, 2011This is my Paris of 2011. I cannot believe the year is over already. So much has happened, and I have experienced so much. I am so thankful for all the things I have seen, done, learnt... Tomorrow is my last day in Christchurch before I fly up North to Auckland again, to continue my studies at Summer School. Packing, and repacking, again...
Hope your year has been full of happenings too, and here's to another fulfilling year, 2012!! Cheers!

Favourites/Highlights:
the Marais district
Nutella coffee at Watt
(plus everything else, really)
Hunting for Space Invaders
Picnics by the Seine, and the Invalides
Cheese, baguettes, croissants, macarons
Pretty sweet things
Baking experiments
Travelling
A typical day looked a little like this
Funny how a chance encounter can mark your life forever.
Some of the people I have met in Paris this year, I will love for life.
Paris can be a cold lonely city at times,
but within her arms I learnt to love, learn, and grow.
So, merci bien, lady.
No one seems to doubt that I will be coming back to Europe, soon, haha.

"If you’re twenty-two, physically fit, hungry to learn and be better, I urge you to travel— as far and as widely as possible. Sleep on floors if you have to. Find out how other people live and eat and cook. Learn from them— wherever you go."
