A little baking. 

The easiest pie ever ! You need a base, fork in little holes, spread with mustard, layer with slices of tomatoes and goat cheese, sprinkle with herbs, olive oil, and bake for around 30mins at 200°C. Easy as, and so delicious, a perfect plate to take to a pot luck dinner :)
