Homemade meals need not be complicated. I don't know why, but I don't seem to get motivated enough these days. These phases are recurring occurrences, actually, so I am not too worried. Partly due to the fact that I had not been preparing my own meals much since a few weeks ago when I skipped to Sydney and Auckland on work trips. I miss my fajitas and simple, but delicious, oven roasted chicken dinners. Miam.
