Baking: Peanut butter cookies

Sunday, September 08, 2013

Baking sometimes requires a lot of ingredients that are sold in pots and packets far too big. They will last forever, which is good if you are a big baker but not so good a deal if you know you are going to be leaving them behind after a few months of occasional baking... because lugging unnecessary luggage when you are on the go, is a no-no.
I found a four-ingredient cookie recipe online, via Pinterest. Only four ingredients?! Of course I'll give it a go!

- 1 C peanut butter
- 1/2 C sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 t vanilla extract
  • Preheat the oven 180 degrees Celsius
  • Combine all, spoon them onto the baking paper
  • Bake for about 15-20 minutes
  • Cool before consuming
The cookies were very, very sweet. It was very peanut buttery, which was nice, though. There's another peanut butter recipe I want to try out soon, so will let you know how it goes!
