Dinner place: Mexican Specialities

This special bbq sauce prompted us to visit Mexican Specialities. Seriously, how could I have only just heard of this place, now?
The service is super friendly by the owner who takes time to explain all his restaurant offers, without giving away the secret recipes. This place has been open for over ten years. I loved the colourful Mexican decor and my expectation for its foods did not disappoint.
While I would have normally gone for my all time favourite, tacos, my eyes caught sight of an unusual item on Mexican Specialities' menu: Nogada. A new Mexican dish to try! Of course I had to try it. Look how amazing it's presented. Nogada is stuffed poblano chili with walnut sauce. It's not too spicy, not too sweet, but oh so delicious. It's a seasonal dish in Mexico between late summer and early autumn. It's yet another reason why I need to go to Mexico ASAP!
Mexican Specialities' best selling menu is this beef taco. It's the biggest taco I've ever seen. A loved it. He adored it. I took a bite and agreed it was yummy, then went back to my Nogada.
Mexican Specialities looks unassuming from the outside, I'm sure I would have just passed by without a second glance had it not been recommended by a friend.
These drinks were perfect to cool off after a hot Summer day.
We were so satisfied after pigging out on Mexican Specialities' dishes - finishing off with their special Mexican coffee. Stomachs dangerously on the verge of exploding. Thanks L for introducing the place to us!
