We thought we'd try a different place to sleep. Searched a place online, called to book over the phone. Found the place to check in... to find that it hadn't been saved in the system and now we were roomless. Eek. While the staff helped to find us another similar room nearby, we were consoled with a free gin and tonic and complementary bar nibbles. No worries. You've got our forgiveness.
