There was a freakish flooding downpour in Auckland this afternoon. It was crazy! At the intersections on Queen St, the main street of central Auckland, the overflow meant that the paedestrians had to waddle through the shin-deep water. Not the greatest for leaky buildings, or broken umbrellas, today. I need to invest in higher boots with better grips. And a stronger umbrella. Lucky it didn't last long. Please don't come back, monster weather.
