Baking: Tartiflette
Monday, July 02, 2012Half a kilo of waxy potatoes into very thin slices.
Into the pan:
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 1 garlic crushed
- bay leaf
- lardon, cut
When cooked, add 100mL white wine
Simmer until about 1T liquid left
Take the bay leaf out
Add the potatoes into the pan, with
250g of Reblochon chunks - or brie or camembert or... whatever you have.
Fill up the muffin tin, overfilling each
It was so warming on a such a cold night as tonight. Mmm :)
