Lunch place : Le Procope

Monday, December 12, 2011

Possibly why I am so broke no. 3.

I had lunch here with a friend one drizzling grey day, much like today. Le Procope is the oldest café/restaurant in Paris, in the 6th arrondissement. Founded in 1686, according to the menu. The rich décor greets you in with the waiter taking your coats to the cloak room.

From (somewhat hazy) memory, the lunch menu was 20€.

I had the most massive crème brulée ever, here. I mean, look at the size of that thing. It was bigger than my face!
