Andina does lovely ceviches to freshen your palate during your work lunch breaks. That's how I first came to know the place. 

Then an occasion sprang up where we needed a place for an after work function, so naturally I suggested Andina, which was on one end of our office. Unfortunately we did not think it through carefully enough, since a group of eight on a Friday night without a booking is an impossible mission on a popular venue such as this. 

Never the one to give up until mission accomplished, I got a booking here for our following get together, a farewell dinner. Such artistry, so many beautifully presented dishes. I fell in love with cassava that night. Goodness, I miss it so much!
