Most airports have wifi, hopefully free. Calgary definitely does. I spent a lot of time waiting around in airports. First thing, find a power point to plug in your cellphone, whose battery is (almost) always riskily short on life. Connect to the wifi in the settings. DO NOT forget to connect via the log in page, by accepting the terms and conditions. 

Catch up on some snoozes while waiting. Get in the most comfortable position possible. Waiting worriedly for my sister to arrive at the airport via bus, for our much awaited reunion. She did not have enough money for the bus, the bus was late... but we made the flight in time, because the flight was also delayed, whew!
