Beat St cafe was suggested by S, who had come down to Christchurch for Christmas, and K, who still lives in the city. It's a cute place in the corner of Barbadoes and Armagh streets. There aren't a lot happening around the cafe, so I thought it was a bit out of the way.

There are inside, outside covered, and outside non-covered areas.

Everything has a bright mix/match, recycled kind of look. I liked the colour play.

Coffee is better than the food. They come in retro styled cups and vintage spoons. Mine came with two!
