Brunch place: Pigeon hole cafe

Tuesday, November 12, 2013

Airport. Pigeon Hole. This was our first stop straight out of Hobart airport. Pigeon Hole isn't the most central place to have brunch, though, with our luggage in tow. No matter. We were determined, and thankful we didn't have to climb the steep hill that loomed above us. Pigeon Hole is situated just below the hill.
My brekkie of choice was eggs en cocotte, with jamon and onions. With dry cappuccino, because that's what M always drinks.
M went for a smaller option, choosing out of the cabinet pantry. It was a cheesy knot, and actually a better choice than my grander affair.

The sun was shining as we enjoyed our first meal on this 4-day road trip in Tasmania, leisurely people watching. It had been an early start to the day, waking up at 4am to catch the first flight in, and it was nice to see the parents having breakfast with the kids before school, and couples kissing each other see you soon and have a great day.

Our day was starting out well.
