Sometimes you need something a little special to make you smile. Just add a bit of chocolate powder to your average pancake mix and voilà, you have an extraordinary chocolate pancake batter. Sprinkled with brown sugar liberally over the brown pancakes, I was happy while enjoying my sweet treat one late afternoon this week.
