Baking: Tomato and goat cheese tart

One of the few go-to recipes of mine. Thanks to S whom I met in Paris. Tu me manques !
Fork in the base of the pastry, spread with wholegrain mustard, top with tomatoes and fresh goat cheese. I also added spinach here. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with herbs.
Bake for around 20 minutes at 200'C.
Simple and totally delicious.
