Today was P3's Pay It Forward day in NZ, a social experiment where we pay for the next customer's coffee, in the aims to increase awareness of the global impact you can have with your consuming purchases. These words come from P3 Foundation, a young Kiwi charity organisation that has been up and running (fast!) in the last couple of years. This year was their second Pay It Forward annual event, and I took part, getting my coffee from a small stand-up cafe on High Street, Auckland - Johnny Wray's. The barista was really friendly and talkative. They didn't do affogato's, but I did get a nice latte to dash off to work with.
Hi it's Viv, a Kiwi girl who enjoys meeting new people and learning about new things - gaining experience is really important to her.
Having lived and worked in Auckland, Paris, Seoul, Melbourne, Bordeaux and London, she has finally returned home to her beautiful Aotearoa/New Zealand.
A digital communications specialist in a travel company, freelance translator, food/travel blogger, amateur runner with restless feet for dancing and exploring, here is a snippet of Viv's daily musings.
