Level 4 of the University of Auckland Kate Edgar centre. I have been craving a chicken and cranberry panini for so long. I had actually wanted the not so well stylised paninis with cranberry sauce that is kind of dead in colour. I have been made disappointed with this. The bread was way too hard on one side, and not hard at all at the back. A common problem with toasting the pide bread. Just the right amount of pressure needed to push down the two sides, with just the right amount of time to heat. Maybe I should try another uni café, like the one in the business centre.
