One of the things D hadn't done last time was to go to the Musée des arts décoratifs. It's the museum off the Louvre, which not many people know about, but is my favourite museum. It has so many things to see, I always get lost. No where as big as the Louvre, of course. Not as many people, either. The view of the Tuileries gardens and the Haussmann buildings are wonderful from the upper windows.
