The day began with a rainbow, light split into colourful spectra through the train stop windows. A sign to a great day ahead? Right-o, let's start with a caffeine treat. 

The Store would have been closer, but it's always surrounded with people in suits waiting for their morning fixes. I wanted a quieter, less stressful, less crowded service. Espresso Workshop offers just that, with a better experience for it. Look at that full cabinet. Makes me so happy. 

Soy flat white (for my more and more lactose intolerant stomach) and a Best Ugly Bagel with avocados and lemon slices. Miam ! What a way to treat oneself on a beautiful day - and would you believe it, it did get better and better...
