Early winter morning

Morning in early Winter or early morning in Winter? Well, kind of both.

The time of day when the sun hasn't come out yet to light your path. The smug satisfaction that you've risen even before the Sun (gasp). Instead, the tired yellow glows of the street lamps show the way, on their last hour of duty, they hope.

The soft breeze is still too fresh, still too crisp. Hands find their place deep in the warm jacket pockets and the neck cranes forward a little, to let the head bury itself into the the scarf wrapped over the shoulders.

Walking thus I greet the sunrise.Good morning. Another day begins.
