Auckland Lantern Festival

Living across from Albert park is so convenient when the weather is fine, and there is an event such as the Lantern Festival going on, right on your doorstep. I came out from lectures on Friday to find the street filled with food stalls. Yum!

Not Chinese related, but still fun to watch :)

At night time we came back out again, for the first night of the lantern lit evenings. There were so many people.

In one part of the park, there was a stage where we found the group to be really good. We stayed for a couple of songs.

This year is the year of the Dragons. It's meant to be a great year. May it brings heaps of fantastic things our way :)
