2 slices of toast with berry jam, cashew nuts;
creamy fettuccine with green beans;
spring rolls, ginger lemon tea
[a little green, a small but encouraging start]
Tue, 24th-
rice;
kumara (and lots of water);
kit kat and just juice with veges (!!)
[probably want real veges, next time. The new Just Juice range doesn't taste too badly, though]
Wed, 25th-
toast and jam with lemon ginger tea;
ham pide with mocha;
rice with meat and lettuce
[some vege, but not enough!]
Thu, 26th-
toast and jam with coffee;
kumara;
more kumara, then Memphis cookies 'n cream ice cream
[better get more nutrients into your body, Viv]
Fri, 27th-
spring roll;
Israeli couscous with mocha;
chicken sandwich, timtams, and tea
[a little bit of greens... not enough...]
muesli cereal and timtams;
yoghurt and peach;
Korean festival foods - fish shaped bread w red beans, ddukbbokki, Korean pancake, candyfloss
[finally, drinking milk again! well done! and a bit of fruit!]
Sun, 29th-
toast, nectarine, tea;
toast again, with spinach feta hummus;
up and go, butter popcorn.
