I hurt my left foot before the holidays, when I jumped off the bed and tripped over the big black bag.. ;; The left side of the foot was bruised, the red and green-ness of which spread, though becoming fainter in colour and sore-ness. The swelling subsided as well... so why is it still hurting, more than a week later?! :( lol
