Turns out my cousin had never tasted crayfish, so this turned out to be the perfect first time for him. The ambiance was busy, loud, a good night out. Big Easy is huge, with more dining space downstairs. The wait was quite long despite the booking made, but the well equipped bar and service meant we didn't mind it too much. Our stomachs were well served later.
