My friends had all left the city earlier than me. I just moved into a new Airbnb place for the night in a new neighbourhood. During a quick tour of the area, I spotted So What? further down the road. It seemed modern. It was vegan. Hip. I knew I had found my dinner place.

I just love pasta. It's so simple but so delicious! Don't you think? The Italians do it best, of course.
