So, I thought the Camel Chocolates weren't for sale at the Salon du Chocolat, but apparently it was on the day after we attended the expo. Luckily one of our colleagues were there to purchase some and generously handed them out at the offices on Monday. Merci !

Chocolate made from camel milk. What does it taste like? Hmm, I'd say, if the taste were a colour, it was more deep burnt orange of terracotta than the brownness of a cow milk chocolate. Sometimes colours and images come easier to my mind than words. I wouldn't mind trying camel milk on its own, either. Hmm...
