Wednesday, July 18, 2012Peanut butter and mashed banana, can be added with bacon, fried until golden in butter. Did Elvis Presley die of heart stroke from the fat of his favourite sandwich and not of drug overdose?! A definite comfort food, though.

YUM! I like making peanut butter and banana sandwiches with honey and a bit of cinnamon. Put in a panini press or just toast the bread and pile everything on while the bread is still warm. It's delish!
ReplyDeleteOoh, honey would be such a lovely addition! Getting a small and LIGHT panini press would be a dream come true, haha.
